Where we are

Palazzo Leti is right in the middle of the historical center, it finds itself in the middle of a regulated traffic zone.

The hotel does not have a private parking lot, but it offers two different parking solutions to its clients:

Open air parking in the historical center (till sell out of available tickets).

It will be possible to leave your car either in the little parking lot in front of the hotel, if space is available, or in the public parking spaces of the historical center. All spaces are relatively close to our structure, but it will be necessary to park within the blue lines.

At the moment of your check-in we will give you a pass that will need to be returned at the end of your stay, to display on the front interior of your car.

This pass will allow you to park in specific places in the city center (you will receive additional information through email if you will choose this solution) at no additional cost.

Pay attention: it is possible that you need to try more times to find a parking lot.

 

Covered parking lot at the Spoletosfera (we suggest this solution for big cars).

This is an underground parking garage subdivided on 3 levels. This is a garage that can accommodate up to 400 vehicles. Located at the city entrance, the parking garage is connected to the city center through a mechanized walkway and elevators (for the schedule please go on to the following link)

The last exit is close to Piazza della Libertà, about 200 mt (2-3 minutes walk) from our hotel.

If you want to unload your luggage before parking: drive to nearby Piazza Pietro Fontana and then contact us,  we will meet you there to help you.

If you don’t want to go through the ZTL or you don’t want to enter in the city center at all, go directly in the underground parking:

  1. Exit Spoleto Sud
  2. Reach the starting part of Viale Martiri della Resistenza, you will find the entrance at your left and then use escalators to reach the hotel.

The cost at the Spoletosfera is 5,00 € per day and you can exit and re-enter the garage at your leisure.

We strongly recommend that when making the reservation you communicate us your preference and the number plate of the car. In this way we can send detailed information to you about the service. At the contrary it is possible that we will not be able to offer the service

  • Escalator 3: 400 mt, 5 min
  • Parking SPOLETOSFERA: last exit of the mechanized route connected to the car park is approx 230 mt, 3 min
  • Post Office: 260 mt, 3 min
  • Bank/atm: 350 mt, 4 min
  • Pharmacy: 170 mt, 2 min
  • Hospital: 2km, 9 min by car

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

With the Car

Enter on your GPS Via Brignone 13 then follow the white sign with Palazzo Leti on (be aware that the street you will have to take is narrow).

From the Train Station

We suggest to use a taxi, because buses cannot reach our hotel and we are to far away from the station for walking with luggage. At the exit of the train station you will find Taxi Station*.

*If there is no taxi available there, please call the following number to call it +39 0743 225809. If no one will be available at that moment call us and we will send you someone to pick you up. (Taxi service is not included in the price and you can pay directly the driver with cash or credit card)
